Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Mill Brothers Landscape Group is a second-generation, family-owned company with over 45 years of experience shaping outdoor spaces across Northern Colorado. As our maintenance division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. This full-time, year-round position plays a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating maintenance operations, and ensuring that every property meets Mill Brothers’ high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned maintenance and snow removal accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, developers, and clients.
- Inspect properties regularly to monitor quality, identify needs, and provide timely solutions.
- Proactively recommend and sell landscape enhancement projects to improve client properties.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and billing for maintenance enhancements and additional services.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to coordinate daily operations and crew scheduling.
- Work closely with irrigation technicians and field teams to ensure contract compliance and performance standards are met.
- Utilize existing client relationships and seek new business opportunities for maintenance contracts.
- Support and participate in snow removal operations during the winter season, including occasional night and weekend shifts.
- Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group and uphold all company safety and operational policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or related field preferred.
- Proven customer service and communication skills with a client-focused, solutions-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with industry-specific software a plus.
- Sales experience or ability to identify and pursue enhancement opportunities preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally; capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license and an insurable driving record (required).
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed during snow events or client meetings.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour DOE + enhancement sales commission. On target earnings: $65K-$85K+
- Paid Vacation: 10 days (prorated) per calendar year with annual accrual
- Paid Sick Time: 48 hours annually
