We use this information to provide aggregated statistical feedback to the employers posting positions on our website, to publicize our website and to further develop our website to maximize the benefits realized by our users. We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

When is this information shared?

When a job seeker applies to a job advertisement (“Job Ad”), the job seeker’s email address, name, resume/CV and cover letter are sent to the employer (specifically to the email address designated by the employer as the “Apply via Email” address when the employer posted the Job Ad)

Employers with appropriate permissions may view the job seeker’s Profile Data. You can store your resume in our database and allow it to be searched by employers that subscribe for access to our resume database. You may elect to have your personal contact information disclosed to employers searching our database, or not have any personal contact information disclosed. You may remove your resume from our searchable database at any time. However, subscribers who have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes, nor any information disclosed on your resume or cover letter posted on our website. Please note that once you create a resume online and permit it to be searched, all information contained in your resume and cover letter can be collected and used by our paying subscribers. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties, for which Hispanic Construction Jobs L.L.C., DBA Construction Trabajos, is not responsible.

Job seekers may apply to Job Ads without first having to create an account via Email.

In the case where a Job Ad is setup as an Apply via Email (i.e. where the job board hosts the Job Application form), the following information is collected:

Information about the job seeker-applicant’s email address, first name, last name, resume/CV, cover letter, IP address, and custom fields, will be shared with the Employer who posted the Job Ad.

Job seekers may apply to Job Ads without first having to create an account via URL (i.e. external click)

In the case where the Job Ad is setup as an Apply via URL (i.e., where the job seeker is taken to an external website to complete the application), the following information is collected when the job seeker clicks on the “Apply to this Job” button:

IP Address - we use the IP Address to geocode the location for reporting purposes and then store an anonymized version of the IP address (i.e. 127.123.123.000)

  City, State, Zip Code - based on IP address geocoding

  Longitude, Latitude - based on IP address geocoding

  User Agent- device and browser i.e. iPhone, Windows, Firefox

Referring Website or Search Engine (if this information is available to us)

  Source - if we are able to identify where a job seeker came from

Job Alert Subscribers

Job seekers that sign up for job alert emails, we collect the following information:

Email address

  Search preferences/search query and locations - i.e. “construction jobs” in "Dallas, TX"

Employers

When employer customers registers for an account, we collect the following information:

Email Address

First Name

Last Name

  Password

  IP Address - used for security purposes

Employer customers can then optionally provide the following information:

Phone Number

  Company Name

  Company Description

  Logo

  Additional Media (Image, Videos)

Company Location (Street Address/City/State) - we then geocode this location to a Longitude/Latitude in order to facilitate distance based search on the Profile Database search
