Forklift / Reach Truck Operator - Dalton,GA

Location: Dalton, GA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Multiple shifts may be available

The Forklift / Reach Truck Operator supports daily manufacturing and warehouse operations by safely transporting materials, staging products, and maintaining accurate inventory flow within the facility.

• Operate forklift and reach truck equipment safely and efficiently
   
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods
   
• Support production lines by delivering materials as needed
   
• Perform basic equipment inspections before and after use
   
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
   
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
   
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding material needs

• High school diploma or GED preferred
   
• Previous forklift and/or reach truck experience required
   
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
   
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as required
   
• Strong attention to safety and detail
   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
   
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
   

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
   
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
   
• Must be able to wear required PPE
   

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour
   
• Overtime opportunities when available
