Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Perform MIG, stick, and other welding processes as required.
• Fit, tack, weld, and assemble steel components.
• Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Use forklifts and material-handling equipment when authorized.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
