Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Perform MIG, stick, and other welding processes as required.
Fit, tack, weld, and assemble steel components.
Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Use forklifts and material-handling equipment when authorized.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
