Description

Why this role matters

As Warehouse Lead, you’ll be the person your team looks to every day. You’ll create a safe, efficient, and positive environment while keeping operations running smoothly. What you’ll bring

  • Experience leading or supervising in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • A current Forklift Licence (Reach Truck experience a bonus).
  • Experience working with the storage and handling of Dangerous Goods (would be an advantage).
  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork.
  • A “can do” attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
  • MYOB or similar system knowledge (helpful but not essential).

Why join Forch?

  • Be part of a business that’s expanding nationally with long-term career opportunities.
  • Lead a small, supportive team where your input is valued and your leadership makes an impact.
  • Work in a culture built on safety, teamwork, customer focus, responsiveness, integrity, and respect while making commercially savvy decisions.
