About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Technical Project Architect to lead and deliver complex projects within the Healthcare, Science & Technology, and/or Higher Education sectors. Based in our New York City studio, you will bring deep expertise in technical design, documentation, coordination, and project delivery, with a strong command of Revit and a proven record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical project execution from design development through construction administration.

  • Manage and coordinate the production of high-quality construction documents in Revit.

  • Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is realized and maintained throughout all phases.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.

  • Oversee code analysis, detailing, materials research, and construction document quality control.

  • Coordinate and review consultant deliverables and integration of building systems.

  • Lead technical coordination meetings and support Construction Administration efforts.

  • Ensure project documentation adheres to office standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

  • Multiple Years of relevant professional experience with a strong portfolio of built work.

  • Licensed Architect preferred.

  • Extensive experience in Healthcare, S&T, or Higher Education projects, preferably within NYC or comparable urban environments.

  • Demonstrated expertise in technical detailing, building envelope systems, code compliance, and complex building systems integration.

  • Advanced Revit skills required; experience setting up and managing BIM execution plans a plus.

  • Familiarity with NYC DOB regulations, healthcare codes (FGI, ADA, etc.), and institutional guidelines.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
