About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee some of the company’s most complex and high-profile commercial drywall projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Unlike many firms, this company has well-defined roles—their Project Managers are not expected to estimate. Your focus will be on running the work, building strong relationships, leading teams, and delivering exceptional results from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal field leadership, playing a key role in driving operational excellence and maintaining the company’s reputation for best-in-class performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial drywall and steel stud framing projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation with precision and accountability.
• Oversee field operations and ensure alignment between office and jobsite teams.
• Foster collaboration among clients, design partners, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and field staff, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
