Plumber

Position Overview

The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in apartment complexes, condominiums, and other multi-family communities. The ideal candidate has a strong service background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls including leak repairs, fixture replacements, drain clearing, and water heater maintenance.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide accurate, cost-effective repair solutions.
• Work independently or with apprentices to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with property managers and the maintenance team to explain work performed.
• Ensure compliance with state and local plumbing codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and adhere to company safety standards.
• Complete work orders and documentation using mobile or paper forms as required.

• Texas Journeyman Plumber License required.
• Minimum 3 years of service experience in the multi-family plumbing industry preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family plumbing systems, water heaters, boilers, and drain cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
