Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions
Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
Ensure all work complies with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Proven experience as a plumber (residential or commercial)
Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
Familiarity with Florida building and plumbing codes
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and customer service skills
Plumbing certification or license (preferred, if applicable)
Experience with water heaters, sewer lines, and drain cleaning
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to lift equipment and work in tight spaces
HVAC or additional trade experience is a plus
