• 3 Service Technicians (Commercial/Residential Plumbing)

• 3–4 Laborers / Plumber Apprentices

Pay Rates

• Laborers (2–3 years experience): $18 – $24/hr

• Apprentices (entry to mid-level): $18 – $30/hr (depending on stage)

• Senior Apprentices (4–5 years experience): $25/hr

• Commercial Plumbers / Service Technicians: $45 – $65+/hr

Job Overview

Laborers / Apprentices

• Assist in plumbing installations and repairs.

• Support technicians with tools, materials, and setup.

• Learn and grow toward a full plumbing technician role.

Service Technicians

• Communicate with customers, diagnose plumbing issues, and provide repair solutions.

• Responsible for completing service jobs efficiently and maintaining company quality standards.

• Company provides service truck (apprentices ride along but do not drive).
