Summary/Objective
This is a paid apprenticeship for someone who wants real experience, real skills, and a real career path. Not a dead-end warehouse job. Not a temporary helper role.
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll support our commercial HVAC operations by helping in the warehouse, delivering materials, assisting on job sites, and learning how HVAC projects are planned, priced, and executed. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, this role can grow into Project Management or Estimating.
*No HVAC experience required. We’ll train the right person.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Travel to onsite work locations is required, both within the state and occasionally out of state. Reliable transportation and flexibility with travel schedules are essential. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
Physical Demands
This role requires the individual to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.
Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions year-round. Responsibilities include frequent lifting and carrying of materials or equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, regular climbing and working from ladders, and extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
