SUMMARY

The Carpentry Laborer participates in community upgrades throughout the Capri portfolio

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Works with the Construction Project Manager to perform apartment complex renovation projects including but not limited to:

• Assist with demolition of apartment, including trash and appliance removal
• Execute carpentry work, including cabinet, and trim installation.
• Replace existing flooring with upgraded material.
• Conduct exterior building upgrades

2. May assist in communities to help cover PTO or position vacancies as needed.

3. Follows company policies regarding safety and building regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of one year of related experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver’s License required for frequent vehicle travel.
