We partnered up with a vehicle company in Ireland, leading motor retailer, representing 13 world-class brands across 24 locations with a team of over 650 employees. his role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles (primarily Toyota, Audi and Volkswagen models) to the highest standards, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and safety.

The main purpose of the role is to:

• Diagnoses, repair, and service vehicles according to specifications.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and fix vehicle faults.
• Meet customers to understand issues with their vehicles.
• Stay updated on the latest Vehicl technologies and repair methods.
• Perform repairs and servicing to Manufacturers standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors when needed.
• Road test vehicles after repairs to ensure quality.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Work closely with Service Advisors.
• Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified in motor mechanics or vehicle technology.
• Passionate about automotive work and customer service.
• Ambitious, energetic, and committed to excellence.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Experience working with premium or multi-brand vehicles (Toyota, Audi, Volkswagen preferred)
