Job Title: Landscape Account Manager
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Landscape Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong relationships, and profitable account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or residential landscape accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling requests, concerns, and service reviews
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and present enhancement proposals (plantings, irrigation upgrades, seasonal color, etc.)
- Coordinate with field crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability of assigned accounts
- Schedule services and manage timelines for maintenance and special projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Proficiency with scheduling and/or CRM software (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
