MUST KNOW:
How to read a tape measure  
How to read blueprints
What You’ll Do:
• Clean and prep flame‑cut steel parts
• Inspect parts for accuracy
• Mark parts per work orders
• Use grinders, torches, and hand tools
• Operate cranes & forklifts
• Assist with loading rail cars
• Work in hot, cold, noisy, and dusty conditions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Basic computer skills
• Strong hand–eye coordination
