Position Overview<\/b>
<\/h3>

TKO StaffPros, LLC is currently seeking skilled and motivated Industrial and Commercial Electricians<\/b> to join our growing team in Tupelo, MS. This role is ideal for experienced electricians who are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and efficiency in industrial and commercial settings. Electrical helpers<\/b> with strong foundational knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform electrical work in accordance with NEC standards and company safety policies
  <\/p><\/li>

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
  <\/p><\/li>

• Bend and install conduit as required for projects
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assist with low\-voltage and high\-voltage installations (helpers under supervision)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Test electrical systems using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation
  <\/p><\/li>

• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Required Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
  <\/h3>

  • Proven experience in industrial and\/or commercial electrical work
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong knowledge of low\-voltage and high\-voltage systems
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety regulations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and technical documents
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Competent conduit bending skills
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Experience Requirements<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    • Journeyman Electrician:<\/b> Minimum of 3 years of experience (required)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Electrical helpers must demonstrate foundational electrical knowledge
      <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

      Additional Requirements<\/b>
      <\/h3>

      • Ability to reliably commute to Tupelo, MS, and potentially to various job sites
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Must be able to work on\-site
        <\/p><\/li>
