What You’ll Be Doing

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our property in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Fixing plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and basic PTAC/HVAC issues.
• Responding promptly to guest maintenance requests to ensure their comfort.
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and small improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of carpentry/maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• A reliable and dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license.
