Heavy Equipment Mechanic

DMH Services is a mechanical solar installation company based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. We have successfully completed hundreds of solar projects across the United States. Currently, DMH Services is seeking a heavy-duty diesel mechanic to maintain our fleet of equipment. Our team consists of traveling crews working on various construction sites along the East Coast.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in safe and optimal working condition.
• Review operator inspections weekly for repairs/maintenance needed to be done.
• Manage and close out work orders from inspection/maintenance alerts
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Track maintenance intervals and perform maintenance when needed
• Communicate with equipment branches on major repair or warranty work
• Troubleshoot machine codes for field crew
• Perform road calls to job sites for equipment breakdowns
• Train field crew on proper maintenance techniques and operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• 10-hour shift
