Hardscape Construction Foreman

This collaboration marks a significant step forward for enhanced service offerings and expanded capabilities for clients throughout Maine.

The Hardscape Construction Crew Leader is responsible for the layout, planning, and the safe execution of the project once the tasks are assigned. They will instruct and work with a small team of construction workers on a project site, monitoring work quality and maintaining project timelines.

• At least 2 years of experience in Construction and Landscaping.
• The understanding of various construction practices such as: reading a tape measure, preparing grade for concrete, tie rebar, strip and clean forms as wells various other projects.
• Must love the outdoors and be willing to work in all sorts of weather-related conditions (rain, snow, and direct sunlight for an extended time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and unload / load trailers and other equipment.
• Involvement in Snow Division in any capacity.
• Capable of working overtime according to project needs.
• Insurable driving record with the ability to obtain a DOT Med Card.
