Location: Greater Jacksonville, FL area

Position Overview

Nu-Pipe is seeking a Grouting Laborer to support grout injection operations for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role provides hands-on assistance with equipment setup, material handling, and site preparation.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the operation of grout injection equipment
• Prepare, mix, and transport grout materials according to project requirements
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Support foremen and operators during injection processes
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and inspections of equipment
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Maintain organized records of materials and project activities

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or related field preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in challenging conditions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies
• Confined Space Entry experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally to multiple job sites

Work Schedule

• Full-time, field-based role
• Travel to multiple job sites within the Greater Jacksonville area required
