💰 Pay: $15/hour
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Our client is launching a new warehouse and refurbished pallet operation in Columbus, IN—and we’re hiring reliable, safety-first Forklift Drivers to keep things moving. You’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of this hands-on environment, supporting pallet production, inventory, and shipping workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and pallets

• Load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries from trailers

• Support production line by transporting raw materials and finished goods

• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

• Follow pick lists and adhere to all safety and handling protocols

• Collaborate with team members to keep the warehouse clean and organized

What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting

• Valid Forklift Certification

• Physical stamina: lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move during the shift

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Prior experience in pallet manufacturing or refurbishing is a plus
