This position is located at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC 73105.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide outstanding service and contribute to overall team effort.
- Perform routine or preventive maintenance on interior and exterior of all branches, grounds, and any equipment or machinery as required.
- Contact and schedule vendors and contractors for necessary branch repairs and emergencies.
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Maintain the branches and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Maintain schedule for maintenance to be performed and when next service is due.
- Work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe situations; take appropriate action to ensure safety of self and others in the branches.
- Order or purchase all building-related and office supplies; maintain contact with vendors.
- Deliver supplies or other items to and from branches when necessary.
- Perform general upkeep of credit union-owned vehicles, such as filling with gas, taking vehicles for oil changes or repairs, keeping them clean.
- Perform general cleaning in certain areas.
- Replenish supplies in break rooms, bathrooms, branch lobbies and drive throughs, and any other areas as needed.
- Load, transport and unload supplies for credit union events and meetings, both on and off-site.
- Move credit union files or equipment to off-site storage facility.
- Prepare branches for inclement weather, including salting or shoveling sidewalks.
- Sort and deliver mail to designated areas, and take outgoing mail or packages to Post Office locations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to six months’ related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clean driving record.
