Pipejacking Trenchless (PJT) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee projects specializing in trenchless technologies and ground/soil improvement methods. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning through project closeout—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for job postings on bid boards
  • Manage multiple trenchless construction and soil improvement projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Interpret and manage contracts, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Lead pre-construction activities including estimating, procurement, and risk assessment.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, forecasts and progress; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and provide leadership to field personnel.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
  • Support business development efforts, including bid preparation and client presentations.

Position Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on trenchless
  • and ground improvements
  • Proven track-record managing projects
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and underground construction
  • methods
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Microsoft Office
  • Estimation skills a

Compensation: $90,000-100,000/year or hour depending on position (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
