Concrete Finisher

We are currently hiring Concrete Finishers for projects in West Memphis, AR and the Memphis, TN area. This role requires experience with forming, tying rebar, and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results. Epoxy experience a plus! This position is 40+ hours a week with Pay up to $25 DOE.  If you have concrete finishing experience, apply now!

Concrete Finisher Responsibilities:

• Set and align forms to the desired ed shape and grade
• Prep surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper form placement
• Tie rebar and assist with reinforcing concrete structures
• Assist with mixing, pouring, placing, and leveling concrete
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds)
• Perform edging, joint cutting, and curing of concrete
• Apply curing compounds and surface treatments to protect and enhance concrete
• Ensure finished work meets quality standards, specifications, and local codes
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Work collaboratively with team members and other trades to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Concrete Finisher Qualifications:

• 1+ years of concrete finishing experience (commercial preferred)
• Must be able to form, finish, and tie rebar
• Experience with pouring, finishing, floating, and edging concrete
• Knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and curing processes
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Epoxy flooring experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have your own hand and basic power tools
