Commercial Construction Trades – Metal Framing, Drywall & Painting [St. James, MO]

We are currently looking for experienced professionals in the following areas:

Trades Needed

• Metal Framers / Instalador de Estructura Metálica
• Drywall Hangers / Instaladores de Drywall
• Drywall Finishers (taping, mudding, sanding, paint-ready finishes)
• Acabadores de Drywall (tape, mud, lijado – listo para pintar)
• Commercial Painters / Pintores Comerciales

Applicants should apply if they have experience in one or more of the trades listed above.

Responsibilities (Based on Trade)

• Perform assigned trade work on commercial construction projects
• Read and work from plans and specifications
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in at least one of the listed trades
• Commercial construction experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation and tools (trade-specific)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
