Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location

Las Vegas, Nevada – Full-time, on-site role where you'll work closely with project teams and clients while leading exciting commercial construction projects.

Note

Applicants must have 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish is required.

Job Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and safety performance.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, owners, architects, and field teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of all phases of commercial construction.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Ability to identify project issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
