Our Superintendents exercise direct supervision over assigned Commercial Projects providing direction, leadership, and guidance to employees and subcontractors, assisting them in planning, coordination and execution of their work in order to complete the project in a timely and economical manner with high standards of workmanship. Responsible for maximizing profits on assigned projects. We are looking for a Superintendent that has worked on 100MM+ projects and has a passion for building. Opportunity is available for full time (long term) in NW Arkansas or as a Travelling position (Per Diem). We have many opportunities to keep you in the region or move to another project after completion of project.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability
Prepare detailed construction projects plans, schedules and estimates. Read and interpret construction drawings, show drawings and specifications. Calculate square footage, volumes and percentages using a personal computer or calculator. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Prepare and update project schedules, transmittals and submittals using personal computer software. Manage large groups of personnel and to accomplish desired results through subordinate levels of management with little or no supervision.

High School diploma or GED
Experience
At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction and management of field personnel.
