Job description:
 
A locally established design-build firm located in Rockville, MD is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of local, county, and state government projects.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000 - $200,000 based on experience.

• Review design-build drawings for coordination
• Provide submittals, construction schedule
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
• Be able to handle multiple different projects at once ranging in size from $100,000 to over $5 million.

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is required
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Professional Maryland architectural / engineering license is highly preferred
• Working experience with local DC area local government agencies is highly preferred
• Strong PC skills with expert knowledge of various office and construction scheduling software
