Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You will also play a key role in governance, innovation, and ensuring long-term sustainability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to architect Hyperautomation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and O365.
  • Guide solution designers with best practices in architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and reusability of components.
  • Drive the adoption of innovation and continuously assess opportunities to optimize business processes through automation.
  • Lead the creation, validation, and ongoing management of detailed solution designs and documentation.
  • Define and implement governance, security, and compliance strategies across development environments.
  • Conduct impact assessments on solution changes and manage technical risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable designs.
  • Support development and operations teams through the implementation and lifecycle of automation solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Hyperautomation delivery framework to ensure it remains scalable, agile, and fit-for-purpose.
  • Stay current with advancements in the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure ecosystem, and other emerging automation technologies.
  • Deliver internal enablement sessions and contribute to capability-building efforts across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on Power Platform projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis, mapping, and enterprise automation design.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns involving Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiar with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within Power Platform environments.
  • Experienced with governance and environment strategy, including security and compliance controls.
  • Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and integrating Power Platform with RPA or other enterprise technologies.
  • Exposure to tools like Power Virtual Agents, Azure DevOps, and the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS/PaaS cloud delivery models.
  • Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), PL-400, PL-200, or AZ-204.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Effective multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and team collaboration.
  • Adept in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
