The core purpose of the Superintendent is to manage field employees and oversee conveyor system installs. The Superintendent works with the General Superintendent and the Project Manager to achieve the above. The Superintendent will report to the General Superintendent and will supervise all on site personnel.
Qualifications
• High School degree or G.E.D.
• 1-2 years of work experience in construction and mechanical installation
• Ability to lead and direct multi-tier and trade installation teams consisting of one hundred plus employees.
• Familiarity of Pull Planning technique
• Familiarity with QC/QA Inspections
• Able to pass required background checks to obtain SITA (10year background and threat assessment checks)
• Basic computer proficiency skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Basic understanding of Navisworks/Autodesk products (preferred)

Full Time position; salary with benefits
Work Schedule: 45 plus hours per week, which will include evenings and weekends.
This position will work from jobsites throughout the Unites States.
Substantial travel is required.
