As team members advance through the career path, promotions include corresponding pay increases based on the company's current compensation structure. Advancement is based on completing required training, gaining field experience, and consistently meeting company safety, quality, and performance standards.
Onsite offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, which includes opportunities for bonuses and overtime pay. As team members progress in their careers, reaching Tech Level IV, they can expect an increase in their hourly wage to $20.00 per hour.
We offer a competitive benefits package, including seven holidays and paid time off (PTO).
