Overview of the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator I to join our dynamic team at one of the nation's leading clean energy companies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects across renewable energy, transmission infrastructure, and emerging technologies while developing expertise in conceptual engineering and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates for renewable energy and infrastructure projects
• Perform conceptual engineering design and develop preliminary construction plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project specifications and documentation
• Conduct value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies
• Present cost estimates to senior management and stakeholders
• Track project costs and variances throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of project estimating experience with conceptual engineering focus
• Experience in utility-scale energy projects and renewable energy sectors
• Proficiency in value engineering principles and construction methods
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
