RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assessing and analyzing the damaged areas to prep for painting
• Preparing the correct color tint to match proper paint color
• Painting the vehicles with a high level of efficiency and quality
• Establishes a finished product which adheres to factory and dealership procedures when      performing warranty work
• Maintaining work area in a clean and orderly manner

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vocational/technical school training with ASE, I-CAR or BASF (waterborne) certification a plus
• Pay close attention to detail and quality of work performed
• Be organized and maintain a clean work environment
• Be able to work successfully in a team environment
• Have the ability to easily learn and apply new concepts
• Maintain the ability and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate 
• Responsible for providing and maintaining own set of hand tools, including air sanders, air wrenches, miscellaneous air tools and spray guns.
