Responsibilities

As a Lead Field Service HVAC Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Las Vegas, NV location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HVAC service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of field service engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Assign and schedule field service engineers to meet customer demands and service level agreements.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems and relevant technologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
