Landscaper

Landscape Technician – Marquette
Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour

Marquette is seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our community grounds through landscaping and general outdoor maintenance tasks.

• Perform snow removal and seasonal clean-up
• Plant, prune, weed, and maintain garden areas
• Remove debris and trash from grounds
• Pressure wash walkways and outdoor areas
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
• Mow lawns and assist with general upkeep

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Experience with general landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment upkeep
• Ability to operate hand tools and commercial lawn equipment
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work both independently and with a team
