Love working outdoors? Join Friendship Village Tempe as a full-time Landscaping Technician and help keep our beautiful community looking its best!

✨ Pay: $17.35–$19.09/hr (DOE)
✨ Schedule:

• Summer: Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm
• Winter: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Maintain campus grounds year-round following the annual schedule
• Safely operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and power sprayers
• Trim trees and shrubs, plant flowers and greenery, and lay brick borders
• Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems (valves, clocks, and more)
• Maintain turf, plants, and landscaping equipment with care and attention to detail
• Create a welcoming, well-kept environment for residents and guests

✨What You’ll Need:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in grounds/lawn maintenance required
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• A friendly, professional attitude with a strong hospitality mindset
