We’re looking for a sharp HVAC Service Technician who nails the diagnosis, talks to homeowners like a pro, and gets it right the first time. What Your Day Looks Like:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and AC systems
• Knock out preventative maintenance that keeps customers coming back
• Read wiring diagrams and chase down refrigerant, electrical, and duct issues
• Walk homeowners through good-better-best options so they can make the right call
• Spot replacement opportunities and hand them off to the sales team
• Offer maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions
• Document every call clearly in our service software
• Keep your truck stocked, your tools sharp, and your rig looking good
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation
• Leave a 5-star experience at every door
• Work safe and stay compliant with EPA and local code

  You’re Our Tech If You Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
• NATE Certification, preferred
• Solid knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment, including ductwork layout and installation
• The ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems
• 1–2 years of in-home HVAC sales experience, preferred
• Comfort with a tablet, a smartphone, and GPS
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Availability for the on-call rotation
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

The Real Talk:
This is field work every day in KC homes, indoors, outdoors, in attics and crawlspaces, through Missouri summers and winters. You’ll need to wear PPE, work safe, and lift up to 50 lbs.
