The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing remodeling team. This role is perfect for someone with residential electrical experience who wants to work in a supportive environment, contribute to high-quality projects, and grow their career with a reputable local business. You will work closely with project managers, carpenters, and other trades to deliver safe, precise, and code-compliant electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems during remodeling projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, carpenters, and other trades to maintain safe, efficient, and timely workflow.
• Ensure all work complies with Tennessee state electrical codes, OSHA safety standards, and company quality protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, team members, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid electrician license (Journeyman preferred).
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Team-player mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Passion for delivering safe, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing work.
