Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Drywall Finisher/Tapers for projects located in Burlington, VT. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Applying paper or fiberglass mesh tape to cover the joints where drywall panels meet
- Sanding the dried compound and seams to achieve a perfectly flat and smooth finish
- Finishing joints
- Filling cracks, screw holes, and other surface flaws with compound
- Applying Coats of Compound: Spreading and smoothing layers of joint compound to achieve a smooth surface
- Smoothing surfaces with sanders to ensure a flat, flawless finish
