We are looking for an experienced, dependable Drywall Technician to join our growing Reconstruction team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy working independently, and want a stable, full-time position with a company that values quality work, we want to hear from you!

As part of the largest Paul Davis Restoration franchise in the country, you'll have the opportunity to put your skills to work on a variety of reconstruction projects while making a meaningful difference for our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Install, repair, and finish drywall in residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform drywall taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve professional-quality finishes.
  • Repair walls and ceilings damaged by water, fire, storms, and other property losses.
  • Match existing drywall textures and finishes for seamless repairs.
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall accurately and efficiently.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with Reconstruction Project Managers and other trades.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
  • Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous professional experience in drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, techniques, and finishing processes.
  • Ability to deliver smooth, high-quality finishes with attention to detail.
  • Experience with residential reconstruction or remodeling preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and move between multiple job sites.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in your craftsmanship.
  • Professional attitude and ability to interact respectfully with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting materials, climbing ladders, and working in active construction environments.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
