HyerTek is seeking an experienced Director of Technical Delivery & Architecture to lead and oversee technical delivery across the company’s full project portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable delivery of client solutions while maintaining strong architectural standards and technical rigor across Microsoft, Salesforce, and cloud-based platforms.
The Director of Technical Delivery & Architecture will serve as a senior, hands-on technical leader, reporting jointly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. This role partners closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, sales, and client stakeholders. It combines portfolio-level technical oversight, hands-on architecture and development, demo, and pre-sales asset creation. The individual acts as an executive technical representative in key technical and client-facing conversations.
The role requires deep experience delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure), Salesforce-based solutions, and modern cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), along with strong knowledge of AI-based practices and implementation.
The ideal candidate brings deep engineering experience, strong architectural judgment, and a proven delivery mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, client-facing environments.

This position is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The role is primarily remote; however, the selected candidate must be able to work onsite at HyerTek headquarters 2–4 days per month. Occasional travel and additional onsite presence may be required based on client and business needs.
This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance.
