They are seeking a Design Build Estimator/Project Manager who will collaborate closely with their leasing team to optimize project outcomes in this great full time direct placement opportunity.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 based on experience.

• Lead front-end efforts for Interior Tenant Buildouts, managing projects from conception through estimating and bidding.
• Coordinate with design teams, tenant needs, and owner expectations to ensure timely and budget-conscious project launches.
• Provide pre-lease pricing and develop early-stage budgets in collaboration with the leasing team.
• Translate lease terms and tenant requirements into actionable directives for the design team, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Oversee the bidding process, evaluate subcontractors, and ensure that projects meet quality standards and safety protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on estimating and project management.
• Proven experience in tenant improvements, building renovations, and mechanical system projects; lab experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
