Construction Internship

12 week paid Internship in Charleston Division  As our Construction Intern, you will work mainly with our Production team to learn everything from site management and subcontractor/customer relations to community responsibility and government compliance. If you are detail-oriented and have an interest in learning about new home construction, this is the internship for you!   Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the NCM in site management, subcontractor relations, customer relations, community responsibility and government compliance Various projects as assigned by manager Complete all other duties as assigned by manager Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Stanley Martin Position Standards: Team Player Attention to Detail Organizational Skills Positive Attitude Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal) Position Requirements: College degree or within one year of graduation Knowledge of MS Office
