Concrete Crew Lead

Kalos Services is hiring a Concrete Crew Lead to take ownership of commercial concrete projects and lead a high-performing crew in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving production, maintaining quality, and keeping jobs moving safely and on schedule. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone on-site, coordinating with project teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial concrete projects (slabs, footings, sidewalks, pads, etc.) 
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and drive production on-site 
• Set forms and oversee rebar placement, pours, and finishing 
• Read and execute from plans, layouts, and specifications 
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other trades 
• Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and schedule adherence 
• Train crew members and hold the team accountable to performance expectations

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 hourly based on experience

Schedule:  Night Work,  Sunday - Thursday - 40/60 hrs week. 

Travel and Lodging:  some projects require travel (FL & GA) out of town stays in a hotel or Kalos provided room each work week for the duration of the project. The ability to be flexible with travel is a requirement of the role. 

•  5+ years of commercial concrete experience
• 2+ years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, and finishing
• Ability to read plans and manage layout
• Proven ability to lead crews and hit production goals
• Willingness to travel and work nights when required

Work Conditions: 

• Outdoor construction sites
• Physically demanding, hands-on role
• Travel and occasional night work required
