Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Multiple Locations Across Ohio)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about providing exceptional service and solving complex HVAC challenges. In this role, you will work on a wide range of commercial systems across Ohio, keeping buildings comfortable, efficient, and safe. You’ll enjoy hands-on problem-solving, learning the latest HVAC technologies, and making a real impact for our customers. Multiple locations are available, giving you the opportunity to grow your career while serving communities throughout the state. 

In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Whether it’s a rooftop unit in Lancaster , a chiller system in Columbus, or a heat pump in Cincinnati—you’ll have the opportunity to put your expertise to work every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls. 
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Accurately diagnose system issues and provide cost-effective solutions. 
• Document all work performed and communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally in the field.
   

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites across Ohio as needed.
