We are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with 3-5 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise
and project leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience with OnCenter and Quickbid software and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for a go-getter who is eager to grow with the company, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Construction Management or similar
fields, although this is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Perform precise takeoffs and estimates for drywall, metal stud, and acoustical ceiling projects.
Develop comprehensive material and labor cost estimates.
Maintain and build relationships with vendors to secure competitive material pricing.
Participate in bid reviews with project teams and supervisors.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the scope of work, project goals, and deadlines are met.
Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure high-
quality delivery.
Oversee contract negotiations, scope inclusions/exclusions, and handle project management
duties from start to finish.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: 3-5 years in commercial drywall project management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or relevant
work experience preferred.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of OnCenter and Quickbid (or similar estimation software) is
required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of reading blueprints, specs, and drawings, with an ability
to visualize building techniques, including load-bearing applications.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment and fosters strong customer service
relationships.
Work Ethic: A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently
while meeting deadlines.
