About the Role

LK Jordan is seeking a Commercial Concrete Estimator to support a fast-paced construction environment. This is a primarily office-based role requiring strong experience in concrete takeoffs and estimating.

This position is ideal for someone who can complete a short orientation and begin contributing independently with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction and civil drawings
• Perform accurate concrete quantity takeoffs
• Prepare estimates and assist with bids
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project success
• Occasionally participate in client-related discussions

Requirements

• Experience in commercial concrete estimating
• Strong ability to read and understand civil/construction drawings
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and PlanSwift (screen takeoffs)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Honest and realistic about experience and skillset
