Carpentry CNC Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpentry CNC Operators for projects located in and around Fort Lauderdale, FL.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Carpentry CNC Operator eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Operate, Program, and Maintain CNC Routers and Related Equipment to Ensure Efficient and Accurate Production of Cabinet Components
• Produce Parts According to Design Specifications
• Perform Quality Checks and Ensure Precision in all Machined Components
• Assist with Cabinetry Assembly, as needed, to Ensure Project Completion
• Set up, Operate, and Maintain AES CNC Machinery, HOMAG Edgebander, to Produce Cabinet Parts to Specified Tolerances
• Load and Optimize Cut Files, Tool Paths, and Nesting Programs for each job
• Inspect Materials and Finished Parts to Verify Quality and Dimensional Accuracy
• Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance on CNC Machines, including Cleaning, Lubrication, and Basic Repairs
• Collaborate with Design and Production Teams to Resolve Issues related to Materials, Programming, or Assembly Fit
• Maintain a Safe and Organized Work Environment, Following Shop Safety Procedures and Protocols

Requirements:

• • Able to Read and Interpret Cabinet Shop Drawings, Cut Lists, and CAD Files
  • Bilingual is a Plus
  • Familiarity with Mozaik Software is a Plus
