Acero Precision is seeking a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness, organization, appearance, and general condition of our CNC machining and production floor, while also supporting building maintenance and facility improvement projects.

Why You’ll Do
- Perform carpentry, framing, drywall installation/repair, painting, caulking, trim work, and general construction repairs.
- Maintain and clean the CNC machining and production floor, including machines, equipment, floors, work areas, and surrounding spaces.
- Remove chips, debris, dust, and other production materials to keep the manufacturing environment clean and organized.
- Maintain workstations, storage areas, maintenance areas, and common spaces.
- Perform general building repairs and maintenance, including walls, ceilings, doors, flooring, and other building components.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and facility improvement projects.
- Install and repair shelving, workstations, partitions, and other facility structures.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in building maintenance, facility maintenance, construction, carpentry, or a related trade.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs.
- Basic plumbing and electrical experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance needs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
