We are hiring a Bilingual Construction Safety Manager to provide hands-on safety leadership across major commercial and industrial concrete projects throughout the Reno area.
This is a long-term, field-based leadership opportunity offering a company vehicle, performance bonus potential, relocation support, and up to $20,000 in homeownership assistance.
A current CHST is preferred but not required at the time of application. Candidates who meet BCSP eligibility requirements and can obtain the CHST within 60 days of starting are strongly encouraged to apply.

Final compensation will be based on construction safety experience, concrete project exposure, credentials, and overall alignment with the position.
This is not a desk-focused safety position. You will spend your time in the field, supporting active concrete construction operations and working directly with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking craft professionals, superintendents, and project leadership.
Established safety procedures are already in place. Your focus will be consistent field execution, practical problem-solving, clear communication, and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
Required:

Professional fluency in English and Spanish

At least 5 years of construction safety experience

Commercial or industrial construction safety experience
β
Current CHST or ability to obtain the CHST within 60 days of starting
β
Ability to meet BCSP eligibility requirements for the CHST

Strong knowledge of OSHA construction safety standards
β
Experience working directly with craft professionals, superintendents, and project leadership
β
Ability to enforce safety expectations while maintaining credibility with field teams
β
Ability to travel between Reno-area jobsites
β
Willingness to occasionally support scheduled overnight concrete pours
Preferred:

Concrete construction safety experience
β
Experience with tilt-up, cast-in-place, slab pours, forming, or finishing
β
Data center construction experience
β
Four-year degree in safety, construction management, or a related field
β
Current CHST or another relevant BCSP credential

Primarily Monday through Friday
β° Core daytime hours typically begin at 7:00 AM, with additional hours based on project needs
π Occasional 1:00 AM starts for scheduled overnight concrete pours
